This report also includes BenchMarket job family and job level descriptions as well as a comprehensive list of HR Programs reports (ie. Annual Bonus Plans, Pensions & RRSPs, etc.). HR Programs are available every 2 years.
Our process requires submission of each organizations’ compensation data including: job family, job level, salary and bonus data (if applicable), for all employees in survey benchmark jobs. Once your submission is completed and validated, you will be given access to the survey report.
