As an OASIS member, you have access to a comprehensive job list with a broad range of cash compensation statistics for both non-unionized and unionized positions.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the Developmental Services sector in Ontario. Only members who submit their organizations data will receive a report.

* Every second year NFPay also includes a comprehensive HR Programs Report that includes many types of non-cash compensation elements (i.e. Perquisites & Benefits etc.). The next HR Programs report will be available in 2027.

Here are some important dates to remember:

• Submission Deadline:  Based on requested month chosen by each participant
• Next Projected Report Publication:   February 27, 2027
• All participants who have satisfactorily completed their submission between February 27th, 2026, and February 27th, 2027, will receive the both the June 2026 reports and when available, the February 27th, 2027, reports.
• Participants who submit after February 27, 2027, will receive their 2027 reports after their submission is reviewed and approved.
