NFPay Compensation Survey – Welcomes OASIS Member Agencies!
OASIS and BenchMarket have joined forces to provide valuable Compensation Data for OASIS Member Agencies.
BenchMarket is dedicated to building Canada’s Not-for-Profit Compensation Survey. We are continuing our long-term plan to support Canadian organizations!
As an OASIS member, you have access to a comprehensive job list with a broad range of cash compensation statistics for both non-unionized and unionized positions.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the Developmental Services sector in Ontario. Only members who submit their organizations data will receive a report.
* Every second year NFPay also includes a comprehensive HR Programs Report that includes many types of non-cash compensation elements (i.e. Perquisites & Benefits etc.). The next HR Programs report will be available in 2027.
