Welcome to the November 2020 issue of the TechEdge Compensation Survey. As we are living and working in unprecedented times due to the COVID Pandemic, we recommend that you consider the following when reviewing the November 2020 data:

- 70% of the data included in the survey was provided after COVID related restrictions were set by Public Health Authorities.
- While we are still seeing a trend in maintaining or increasing current Base Salaries, there are a number of jobs where we have seen a decrease in the Bonus and Total Cash Compensation. We suggest that you carefully continue to monitor this over the next year to see if it becomes a trend, before making any significant changes to your compensation strategy.
- We also remind you that where the data set is small, please be cautious when reviewing the results as averages can be skewed.
